How a support call works
- 1You log the call however suits you: WhatsApp, a phone call, email or the service desk portal.
- 2Every call goes onto the service desk, with the date and time it was opened and who logged it, whichever way it came in.
- 3A technician picks it up. For a critical fault that happens within 30 minutes, and that response time is written into the SLA every client signs.
- 4We fix it remotely where we can and come to you when the job needs someone on site.
Each client gets their own portal on our service desk, so you can see every call you have logged and where it stands.
Remote support with our own agent
The remote control software we install is our own. It runs on more than 2,000 workstations and 600 servers today. When you call, a technician can see the screen, run what is needed and sort the problem out with you on the line, and nobody has to drive out for a printer driver.

IT support in Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand and Johannesburg
Our technicians work on site across Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand and Johannesburg. Outside those areas we support you remotely, anywhere in South Africa and further afield in Africa. We don't run a walk-in shop, so the support comes to you.
We have been doing this since 2017. Today we look after 10 main clients with more than 3,000 users between them, in businesses from 5 staff to 1,000 and in all kinds of industries. One of them has had us running their IT for nine years.
Contracts and the SLA
Support runs on a monthly or yearly contract, sized to what your business needs. Every client signs an SLA that sets out response times, including the 30-minute response on critical faults. Work outside weekday hours is available when you need it, at an after-hours rate.
Tell us how many people and computers you have and what isn't working, and we'll put a proposal together.
